What is Solifyn?
Solifyn is a distribution partner and reseller layer built on top of a global Merchant of Record (MoR) infrastructure. Our partner MoR network handles global checkouts, payment processing, tax compliance (VAT, GST, and state sales taxes), and subscription lifecycles. When purchasing from these merchants, the partner MoR network acts as the Merchant of Record. They process transactions and issue the final receipt.
Why do I see a charge from solifyn.com?
A charge on your card statement containing Solifyn or the merchant's name means you purchased a digital product via our reseller network. Our partner MoR network legally resells the product to you and remits the appropriate sales tax to local tax authorities.
What exactly has Solifyn charged me for?
Since our partner MoR network acts as the legal reseller on behalf of multiple software products, the charge corresponds to your digital purchase. You will have received an email receipt from receipts@solifyn.com with an invoice PDF detailing the product name, cost, and tax. If you cannot find this receipt, look up the charge using our Customer Portal.
How do I cancel a subscription?
If the charge is a recurring subscription fee and you wish to terminate it, you have two options:
- Visit our Customer Portal, log in, navigate to the Subscriptions tab, select your plan, and click cancel.
- Contact the support email listed in your transaction receipt or email support@solifyn.com directly with your details.
How do I request a refund?
Refund policies are set by individual merchants. If you need a refund, locate the merchant's support email inside your transaction receipt and contact them. Once approved, the refund will be automatically processed by Solifyn and returned to your original payment card within 3-5 business days.
Is it safe to pay through Solifyn?
Yes. All transactions are securely processed through Whop's payment gateway. Whop completely handles payment security, encryption, and PCI-DSS compliance, and card data is never processed or stored on our servers.
